Development and Evaluation of a Novel Educator SEL Program

Summary
The main objective of this project is to develop a culturally-tailored SEL program for East Asian educators and to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness for both educators and students. In partnership with various local and international organizations, we have developed an online professional development course and an AI-powered supplementary coaching tool, designed to enhance teachers' well-being and SEL practice capacity.
We are currently actively recruiting pilot-test participants from Hong Kong and Mainland China. We are also seeking schools interested in participating in a larger-scale evaluation in 2027.
