Biography
My research centers on cross-cultural approaches to social and emotional learning (SEL), with a commitment to developing equity-oriented, culturally responsive interventions. As an education practitioner and credentialed school counsellor specializing in adolescent mental health, my practice is grounded in over five years of frontline experience in school settings. This combined background enables me to bridge rigorous academic research with the lived experiences of students, educators, and families.

This study aims to develop a culturally-tailored SEL program for East Asian educators and to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness for both educators and students.
