Biography

I am a PhD candidate under the SELASIA+ Lab, and a Research Assistant at the HKJC Centre for Suicide Research and Prevention. My research interests include adolescent mental health and suicide prevention, social and emotional learning (SEL) for students and teachers, school policy decision-making for mental health, and school-based interventions for SEL and mental health promotion.

Development and Evaluation of a Novel Educator SEL Program

This study aims to develop a culturally-tailored SEL program for East Asian educators and to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness for both educators and students.
