Biography

My research focuses on promoting children's positive development by helping them build on their strengths and thrive across developmental contexts. My work primarily examines children's well-being and social-emotional development, with particular attention to the family, school, and community environments that foster positive growth. I also investigate how adverse childhood experiences shape long-term health and developmental outcomes, with the goal of generating evidence to prevent negative developmental trajectories and strengthen resilience among children facing adversity.
